Shopify's own plans run from Basic ($39/month) up to Plus ($2,300+/month), all including hosting, SSL, and unlimited products. Our development work starts at $3,000 for theme customization, $5,000-$15,000 for custom store builds, and $15,000+ for enterprise Shopify Plus projects. We work in clear milestones: a deposit reserves your start date, then progress payments are tied to stages like design approval, development, and launch. There are no surprise charges, anything outside the agreed scope is quoted first. You'll get a tailored quote after we understand your needs.
A standard Shopify store takes 3-6 weeks depending on complexity. Theme customization projects typically take 1-3 weeks, while full custom builds with advanced features can take 6-10 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline during our initial consultation.
We follow a structured process, Discovery & Strategy, Design & Prototyping, Development & Testing, then Launch & Optimization, with a dedicated project manager and regular check-ins throughout. To get started, we need a clear picture of your goals, your products or catalog, any brand assets (logo, colors, photography), and access to your existing store or platform if you have one. If some of this isn't ready, our discovery process helps you pull it together, and we only ask for access when we actually need it.
Yes, 100%. Once the final payment is received, you own everything: the theme code, custom features, design assets, and all content. You get full admin access to your Shopify store and can continue managing it independently or bring in any developer in the future. We never lock you into proprietary systems.
Yes on both. Every store we build is mobile-first and optimized for sub-2-second load times using lazy loading, optimized images, minimal JavaScript, and clean code, which matters because most ecommerce traffic comes from mobile. SEO is built in too: we handle site structure, meta tags, schema markup, page speed, and content strategy. We also offer ongoing SEO and paid-search management as a standalone service or part of a maintenance plan.
Yes, we work with clients worldwide and specialize in bilingual Arabic/English Shopify stores with full right-to-left (RTL) layout support. This includes Arabic typography, mirrored navigation, localized payment gateways like Tamara and Tabby, and bilingual SEO so your store ranks in both languages. We work over video calls, email, and shared project tools, and set up multi-currency for global markets.
Absolutely. We specialize in migrations from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and other platforms to Shopify. Your products, customer data, order history, and SEO rankings all carry over during the transition, with zero downtime.
Yes. For features that don't exist out of the box, we build custom functionality with advanced Liquid development, from product configurators and B2B ordering platforms to custom inventory systems. We also design and build full Shopify apps end to end, from idea to a published App Store listing, we have two of our own apps live on the Shopify App Store, Hide Out of Stock and Sortello. We can build a private app just for your store or a public app for the App Store.
Yes! We offer monthly maintenance plans that include updates, security monitoring, performance optimization, and priority support. Plans start at $500/month and are customized based on your store's needs.
